- Set up an initial meeting so we can discuss your goals
- Determine a timeline that suits YOU- do you want to work after the sale?
- Go over sales contracts and agreements
- Go over required financial reports and documents that will be needed from the business and CPA
- Take photos (if necessary)
- Consultant will begin marketing business and meeting with potential buyers
- Consultant will arrange meetings between buyer and seller
- Consutant will present offers to seller
- Consultant will work with seller's attorney to review offers and Purchase Agreements
- Consultant will schedule closing
- Closing will occur
